1. Freshness Guarantee

We take great care to ensure that all arrangements are fresh and of high quality.

2. Returns

We do not accept returns on floral products once they have been delivered.

3. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds or replacements may be considered if:

- The product delivered is damaged or significantly different from what was ordered

- You notify us within 24 hours of delivery

- Clear photos are provided as proof

4. Non-Refundable Situations

We do not offer refunds in the following cases:

- Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer

- Recipient unavailable at the time of delivery

- Minor variations due to seasonal flower availability

5. Cancellations

- Orders can be cancelled up to 24 hours before delivery

- Same-day or already prepared orders cannot be cancelled or refunded
